We are so pleased that you are joining us for this term. Joining a new group can be quite the experience for kids and families alike so we’ve pulled together a mini guide to life at Vivace.

Your Account

You’ll already be familiar with your Class For Kids account. This is were you can manage personal details, contact information and keep a track of classes coming up that week. 

 

Please keep the information in your account as up to date as you can as this is how we will contact you with show information, holidays, and key class info.

Payment

Your online account is also where you can manage your payments. Payments are taken on the 1st of every month September-June by subscription. We don’t take payments in July or August as normal classes are closed for the summer. 

 

We calculate your monthly direct debit by multiplying the number of classes in a year with the class cost and dividing it by the ten payments. For Dance the price breakdown is as follows;

1 Acting Class = £8.96 X 37 Classes = £331.5 = £33.15 per month

 

If you have joined mid-month your 1st payment will be slightly higher than usual, as payment for the rest of this month will be applied to your forward payment for next month.
